Koch Foods Hiring for Hiring Specialist/Hourly Recruiter (Poultry Plant) Job at Morton, MS Full Time

• Interact with candidates, contributing to a positive candidate experience and winning first impression, acting as an ambassador for Koch Foods
• Participate in full-cycle recruiting process
• Schedule interviews and manage communication with hiring managers and candidates
• Provide communication to candidates not selected
• Review job descriptions ensuring consistency with company standards
• Complete post-acceptance administrative tasks
• Assist with scheduling recruiting events, career fairs, etc.
• Provide other relative administrative support as needed

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma; Bachelor Degree preferred
• Experience coordinating and scheduling; preferably within a recruiting environment
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining composure and positive outlook
• Excellent organization, planning, detail orientation, and time management skills
• Strong understanding and aptitude of technology, with hands-on experience using online programs, social media, and other relevant tools
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System preferred
• Ability to prioritize while managing time efficiently and meeting tight deadlines
• Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems with minimal direction and confidence to make decisions

Physical/Environmental Factors:

Typical office environment within plant setting:

• Use of computer, telephone and other office equipment
• May encounter frequent interruptions throughout work day
• Regularly required to sit, talk, and listen
• Repetitive hand motions
• Occasional standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 20 lbs
• Exposure to noise levels greater than 85 decibels
• Exposure to strong, raw meat odor
