Koch Foods Hiring for CDL Pullet Driver Full Time

What you can expect during the interview process:

• A welcome call and short interview from our Driver Recruiter.
• We will run your MVR & PSP with your permission.
• We’ll conduct an interview with you, and hopefully you’ll receive a job offer the same day!
• You will take a drug test, and have a medical evaluation.

Your work day starts early in the morning between 3 and 5 am.

WHAT WE’LL OFFER YOU…

DOLLARS AND CENTS:

• Starting pay is $25.75/hour (without attendance bonus).
• Automatic pay increase after 60 days to $28.25/hour.
• Earn a $5,000 retention bonus.
• Earn an additional$3.50/hour attendance bonus (not included in pay rate above).

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING…

• Drivers are responsible for securing loads and performing load inspections.
• Transport loads from pullet farms to hen farms.
• When you have completed your workday fuel up the truck, and ensure forklifts are fueled and ready for the next days deliveries.
• Other duties as required of the job.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM…

• You must have a Class A Commercial Drivers License.
• You’ll need to provide some verifiable commercial driving experience.
• You have to have a clean driving record.

THE ENVIRONMENT YOU CAN EXPECT…

• You’ll need to be able to walk, twist, bend and lift various weights, and climb in and out of the truck.
• You will be working around live birds.

THE DETAILS…

Benefits and incentives are available after probationary period of employment, 401k available after 1 year of employment. Team members must meet eligibility requirements to earn incentives and bonuses. Part-time employees are not eligible for benefits, incentives and bonuses.
