Koch Fertilizer Enid is the largest Nitrogen Fertilizer Plant within Koch, and one of the largest in all of North America. This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of our growing organization, facility, and support structure. We are seeking a Lab Engineer to join our team in Enid, Oklahoma. What You Will Do In Your Role

• Chemical analysis, including, but not limited to titrations, distillations, wet chemistry, GC, FTIR, UV-Vis, and ICP
• Collect samples (gas and liquid) for analyses
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration checks on lab equipment for proper operation
• Create statistical models, data visualization and risk management concepts to help improve lab operations
• Analyze the data and identify anomalies/deviations to help process troubleshooting
• Understand plant processes, general chemistry and theory of lab analysis
• Foster a culture of personal and collective safety, accountability, and environmental compliance

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Biology
• Experience working in a laboratory setting

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to complete and pass a Physical Abilities Test and Medical Exam
• Lift up to 35lbs.
• Push/Pull up to 50 lbs.
• Forward Bend, Stand & Kneel
• Climb Stairs
• Ability to be medically approved to participate in the respiratory protection program

What Will Put You Ahead

• 2+ years’ experience in a Lab/Quality role
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Previous experience with laboratory management systems
