A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REGIONAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE
As a machinery Regional Sales Representative, you are the link between our dealer network and our company. You work hard to establish personal and professional relationships with distributors. Your expertise in the field is the tool of your trade. For every need, you clarify or amplify solutions. You train dealer salesmen on our products. You also ride along with them and perform demonstrations, training them to maximize their efforts in selling and renting our machinery. Each time you make a sale, you communicate the details to our team to ensure that everything goes smoothly for our customers.
While selling is a lot of fun for you, you also recognize the dedication that is required. You analyze and dealer performance, the effectiveness of Kobelco programs, and guide distributors in using all Kobelco programs to all market segments. In order to assist dealers, you keep them current on product offerings by attending trade shows and conventions. You are always learning and improving. And, you love seeing your hard work pay off in your paycheck!
Qualifications
Sales experience is preferred, but not required. Are you goal-oriented? Do you love meeting new people and establish good rapport easily? Do you have excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information in layman’s terms? Are you ready to learn new things and improve your skills? If yes, we want to meet you!
