Job Title : Talent Acquisition Specialist Classification : Non-Exempt Department : Human Resources s to : Human Resources Supervisor Purpose : The Talent Acquisition Specialist responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interviews and overseeing the selection process.

Acts as a liaison between applicant and hiring manger through the onboarding process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will assist management in developing long term recruitment strategies and organizing hiring events.

This fast-paced position requires a person who is a good multitasker, energetic, and pays attention to the small details.

General Duties : Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs Source external candidates through online and community channels Assists with internal transfers and promotion tasks as needed.

Oversee company referral program Conduct applicant pre-screening and interview scheduling Prepare offer letters and conduct onsite offer meetings Assist in employer branding and marketing initiatives Organize and attend job fairs Forecast monthly and quarterly hiring needs by department Schedules candidate pre-hire assessments Maintains all employee and applicant documentation as dictated by governing agencies.

Ensures compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification; periodically audits Forms I-9. Enters background check information.

Assists in Organizing and facilitating New Hire Orientation. Observes company rules and regulations concerning personal safety;

wears personal safety equipment (PPE) as required. Observes Kaizen and 5S procedures. Assist with special projects as needed.

Skills : Knowledge of human resource management and EEO law. Strong verbal and written communication. Excellent problem solving and time management.

Ability to work well in a multi-cultural environment. Ability to work with minimal supervision when required. Requirements : High School Degree (or G.

E.D. equivalent) required. A four year degree from an accredited university in Human Resource Management (or similar degree) preferred.
