About the opportunity

We have a number of new exciting opportunities available for Diploma Qualified Educators both temporary and permanent in Full Time, Part Time and Casual positions. Join Knox and be part of our integrated team of early years professionals at our Knox Children and Family Centre’s.

The Diploma Qualified Educator is required to work collaboratively across Family and Children’s Services to provide high quality early childhood education and care, meeting the individual needs and interests of children and families. In addition, Diploma Qualified Educators will prepare and implement educational programs for children aged 0-6 years within the guidelines of the National Quality Framework.

We are looking for an effective and collaborative communicator, who demonstrates self awareness and is able to instill trust in those around them. This person will be child, family and customer focused and have a strong work ethic with excellent knowledge of National Quality Frameworks and Standards.

This is a Band 4 classified role, remuneration will be $66,447 – $70,878 per annum (depending on experience) plus 10% superannuation.

What you will need to thrive

• Demonstrated understanding of National Education & Care Services National Regulations, Education & Care Services National Law Act and National & Victorian Early Years Learning & Development Frameworks.
• Commitment to providing high quality Education and Care programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with adults and children
