About the Team
Knox City Council is one of the largest local government providers of early years services in Victoria. The Family & Children’s Services Team delivers innovative, evidence-based, high quality children’s services through three and four year old Kindergarten, sessional Kindergarten in Long Day Care Setting, Preschool Field Officers, playgroups and maternal and child health.
We are a large and vibrant team of nearly 300 early childhood and family support professionals who work with a strong focus on integrated and collaborative practice to support children and families. With such a diversity of early years services, we collaborate, innovate, reflect and support each other to deliver services that respond to our strategic direction articulated through The Community and Council Plan.
Knox Council delivers early years services to approximately 4500 families across 43 purpose built early years facilities every week.
About the Opportunity
The Family and Children Services Team are currently recruiting for Certificate III educators for break relief in our Kindergarten services.
We have various roles on either Tuesday/Thursday or Monday/Wednesday for either 4 hour or 6 hours per week. These roles begin at 11:30am and finish at 1:30 or 2:30.

The successful applicant will possess appropriate qualifications, excellent communication skills, proven customer service skills and a Working With Children Check.
