BUT ENOUGH ABOUT US, LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU

Known is looking for a detail oriented, attentive, hard working, and flexible Administrative Assistant to join the Studios practice, assisting two Partners. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for scheduling, tracking expenses/submitting expense s, and leading cross-functional team communication and other key administrative tasks.

Candidates must be based in LA and be available to work from the LA office 4 days/week.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Understand our executive’s goals, priorities and objectives in order to anticipate needs and follow up when necessary
• Manage their busy calendars, with ability to evaluate and prioritize conflicting priorities
• Assist with domestic and international travel arrangements (airline, hotel reservation, car service, etc.)
• Provide high-level administrative support to the Presidents and on occasion, their direct s
• Schedule travel arrangements, off-site meetings & working meals
• Track expenses and submit expense s monthly

WHAT YOU HAVE DONE/WHO YOU ARE

• Ideally, you have 1-3+ years of professional, corporate office experience – would consider recent college grad with multiple relevant internships
• You possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• You are able to manage many projects at one time in an organized and highly effective manner, in a fast paced environment
• Your key attributes include resourcefulness, strong communication, reliability and self-motivation
• You possess strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate a natural ability to build & foster relationships with all personality types
• You demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and an ability to problem solve
• Your attention to detail and task follow-through is outstanding
• Experience using Concur Solutions, Slack & Outlook are all preferred

The base salary for this position is $67,500-$75,000. This range is posted in compliance with state and municipal Pay Transparency laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to receive additional Known benefits.
