This position is independently contracted at about 15-25 hours per week (more during the busy season of

Oct-April, less from May-Sept). Pay is $23 to $30 per hour depending on experience. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented and trustworthy. Perks include ability to work-remote with flexible hours.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties may include but, not be limited to the following: a.) Process travelers payments – both credit cards via Paypal and checks. b.) Create invoices in Quickbooks. c.) Pay bills via billpay through US Bank. d.) Send wire transfers through Singlepoint Essentials portal.

e .) Manage the accounting calendar – keeping track of both incoming and outgoing payment schedules. f.) Reconcile monthly. h.) Occasional miscellaneous administrative tasks. i.) Utilize Quickbooks financial reporting tools. j.) Aid in tax preparation yearly. k.) Manage budget. l.) Collaborate with Knowmad owners on finances and budget. m.) Occasionally manage and work on special projects. n.) Manage commission payments to Trip Specialists. o.) Submit payroll through Paychex. p.) Performs other related duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university. Prior experience in multiple business operations or accounting required. Must be able to use Google Drive, Apple computers, Quickbooks, Excel.
