Knoll Hiring for General Labor at Woodbridge, ON Full Time

Distribute raw and finished materials

Load and off-load parts

Rack small parts as instructed

Ensure counts are correct and pack various parts in cartons, bins or trays using specified packing materials

Follow shop floor controls

Perform required quality inspections, including the ability to identify regular colours of products

Ability to work in a team environment

Able to take the initiative to solve problems, where appropriate

Must be willing to cross-train in various areas of the department as required

Follow all Knoll safety policies and procedures

Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Participate and maintain 5S in the workplace

Maintain and follow the ISO standard operating procedures

Ability to work in a multi-shift environment including flexible hours and weekends

Participate in and contribute to the continuous improvement process

Required Skills

One (1) year experience within manufacturing environment

Previous Paintline experience on a conveyorized system

Read and use tape measure accurately

Read simple drawings

Required Experience

One (1) year of experience in a manufacturing environment

High School diploma or equivalent

Must be able to communicate in English (both oral and written)
