The Role
As a finance trainee you must be willing to undertake a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping. You will provide day to day finance support to the finance team administering project time and budgets, processing timesheets and assisting with the preparation of debtor invoices. You will also assist the Financial Controller and Accounts Payable Officer as required.

The successful applicant will ideally have:

• Successful completion of year 12
• Microsoft Excel skills at an intermediate level
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software
• Ability to work effectively, constructively and successfully as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Task focused
• Effective organisational and planning skills
• Demonstrated commitment to quality
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable:

• Previous project administration experience
• Previous experience using accounting software
