Client Service Representative – Vehicle Inspection Team

Schedule is 12pm-8pm-5 days a week. Weekend availability is required. Scheduled days to be determined with the manager on Day One.

Yoshi was founded in 2015 with the goal of simplifying vehicle ownership by bringing the gas station to the consumer. Since then our service offerings have expanded to include additives, vehicle checkups, car washes and details, vehicle inspections, and many more.

Yoshi is looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals who are ready to take the next step intheir career. Our Inspection team will bring the vehicle inspection service needed for a customerto work in RideShare and similar industries to the customer wherever they park. This rewarding opportunity will make the barriers easier on our customers and give our Inspectors the opportunity and training to start a career in the automotive service industry!

Responsibilities:

• The Client Service Representive for Vehicle Inspector Team conducts vehicle inspection activities within designated route/area. No mechanical experience is needed. An ideal candidate has worked at least around cars for a year (e.g. porters, cleaners, entry level at a shop, etc.)

• Performs uniform, consistent inspections in the field

• Maintains and adheres to company standards for all inspections

• Responsible for quality of inspections, consistency of standards, performance of data transmission, and timeliness of inspections

Qualifications:

• Must have presentable and reliable transportation, possess a valid driver’s license and have vehicle insurance with a minimum liability limit of $15k.

• Will train the right person

• Job Knowledge and Skill: Good communicator in variety of settings, interacts effectively with a wide range of people

• Work Conditions: Ability to work outside in varying environmental conditions including changing weather situations and temperature changes

• Ability to review vehicles both exterior/interior and undercarriage

• Have a smartphone & ability to locate addresses using GPS

Wage and Benefits:

• $21/hr after 30 days with potential overtime ($20/hr for the first 30 days)
