K&N is searching for an A+ hands-on operations manager to run and oversee AR, AP, procurement and HR for our Houston and Austin Branches. This role requires an extremely solid accounting background and bonus points if you have worked with Epicor Profit 21 Accounting / ERP system. Extremely Solid excel skills are also needed.

The operations team currently has an operations manager (leaving soon), and 3 other team members. You would be responsible for ultimately owning the below:

• Knowing all of the operational tasks (AR, AP, Procurement)
• Ensuring the books are reconciled
• Ensuring sales are supported
• Processing vendor rebates
• Making deposits & handling deposit reconciliation
• Doing Daily Merchant services reconciliation
• Handling monthly Sales tax accuracy and payment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,000.00 – $7,500.00 per month
