What we’re looking for

We are looking for a high caliber Finance Manager to lead a team of finance professionals, including four direct reports and approximately 15 indirect reports. Reporting to the Head of Financial Control, you will be responsible for Kmart’s financial reporting and banking. You will be a passionate leader with significant experience developing and implementing people strategies that inspire a high-performance culture. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, you will manage an environment of continuous improvement by generating innovative solutions and challenging existing ways of working..

About you

• Significant experience managing financial accounting teams of large-scale corporate businesses.
• Proven people leadership capability and an excellent track record of developing and coaching large teams.
• Experience in financial reporting & analysis (including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow Statement & Key Ratios)
• Strong technical accounting skills with CA or CPA qualification
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercial awareness and business focus
• Self-starter who displays tolerance, innovation, creativity, decisiveness, flexibility, and open mindedness to alternative views
