Kleysen Group Ltd. Hiring for Parts, Service & Warranty Administrator at Oak Bluff, MB Full Time

Details:
Reporting to the Supervisor Building & Parts, this position will play a key role in providing administrative support for the tractor/trailer shop in processing work orders, monitoring and responding to fleet breakdowns, and supporting warranty program for our fleet. A full list of duties will be discussed at the time of the interview.

Ideally the successful candidate will possess the following qualifications/skills:

Strong keyboarding, administrative, and organization skills

Detail oriented

Proficient with verbal and written communication

Exceptional customer service skills

Experience working in a shop or manufacturing environment

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience with translating customer needs into vehicle service and repair work orders

Mechanical aptitude an asset
