Our client is a leading digital currency exchange, providing a reliable and secure platform for trading cryptocurrencies. Headquartered in Singapore and regulated by MAS, they are currently looking for a strong and experienced Financial Controller to join their high-achieving team.

ing directly to the CFO, you will lead a small team and oversee a wide range of financial functions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• General Accounting: Overseeing daily accounting operations.
• Financial ing: Managing comprehensive financial ing, including monthly board s and annual financial statements.
• Audit and Compliance: Coordinating and overseeing the preparation of audited financial statements and regulatory filings in Australia and Singapore.
• Forecasting and Decision Support: Collaborating with the CFO to develop cash flow forecasts and support commercial decision-making.
• External Relationships: Managing relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial service providers.
• Policy Development: Developing and maintaining financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitoring cash flow, liquidity, and treasury functions to optimize financial performance.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Working with other departments to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

• CA/CPA qualification.
• Proven experience in a financial leadership role within a blue-chip corporate environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and ing standards.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and respond to evolving business needs.
• Experience within an ASX-listed company and/or previous experience in Fintech or financial services.
• Interest in or knowledge of the Crypto industry.
