Kleinert Kutz Hand Care Center has a full time Front Desk Registration position available in our Louisville, KY and our New Albany, IN offices. Kleinert Kutz is a leader in upper extremity hand care.

Position Responsibilities:

• Front desk associates check patients in
• Front desk associates collect Co-Pays, post and balance daily
• Front desk associates schedule follow up appointments
• Front desk associates verify and enter patient demographic
• Front desk associates enter information into Electronic Medical Record
• Front desk associates provide a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for patients

Minimum Qualifications:

• Thorough knowledge of front office procedures
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent customer service skills
