Our client, a young, innovative global manufacturer of Antimicrobial footwear components is seeking a Director of Sales to join their team. This person will directly to the CEO and play a pivotal role in developing and executing all sales strategies and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies
- Driving all sales initiatives with major footwear brands
- Building and nurturing customer relationships within various footwear channels
- Building, leading, and mentoring a high-performance sales team
- Meeting and/or exceeding established goals.
Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of proven B2B sales experience
- Established relationships and experience working directly with athletic, performance and/or lifestyle footwear brands
- Successful track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales goals
- Strong technical understanding of footwear and components
- Strong leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively
- Position is remote
