Responsibilities for Accounting Manager
· Responsible for Fixed Asset Management. Includes recording cost of fixed assets, tracking fixed assets, recording depreciation/amortization schedules and accounting for sale/impairment of fixed assets.

· Responsible for processing Payroll – US and International Location. Ensures compliance with international, federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices. Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.

· Responsible for corporate credit card reconciliation. Includes monitoring the transactions to ensure spend in accordance with company policy along with proper accounting of the same.

· Responsible for managing T& E on Concur. Includes ensuring compliance with company policy along with proper accounting of the same.

– Liaise with international accounting teams to manage Billings, Revenue recognition and Collections.

– Support Month End Close both for US and International Locations. Responsible for ensuring accurate accounting for all P&L and Balance Sheet accounts for International Locations

– Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit.

– Identify business risks and process inefficiencies and demonstrate the ability to plan and execute

– Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested.

– Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with a portion of it being in a supervisory role
• Thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with Netsuite or Intacct ERP systems highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all level of an organization
• Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results
• Knowledge of employee relationship building and performance management techniques

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
