Start with no experience and grow your window cleaning skill

Starting at $19/hour, based on performance and completing structured milestones – not time served.

The winning candidate will receive continuous coaching and training while they develop their skills as a professional window cleaner.

What to expect:

• daily ladder climbing (24ft and 32ft)
• attention to detail type work
• interaction with customers
• working outdoors
• working unsupervised
• working independently or with a partner/crew
• driving a truck

What we need:

• up to date resume
• brief cover letter (use “message to employer”) explaining what makes you the ideal candidate
• valid license with a clean abstract
• police background check (document to be provided if accepted)
