As a Learning and Development Apprentice, reporting into the Talent Director for Civil, youll join our 2 year programme which will provide you with development and training across a wide range of Learning & Development knowledge, skills and behaviours to include

Working with the business to identify development needs for teams and individuals

Ownership of employee training and development nominations

Supporting the co-ordination and facilitation of internal and external training

Become an Engagement Super Champion; providing support to all Managers enabling them to understand engagement reports; including ways of working to roll out activities and action plans within their teams

Co-ordinate all internal coaching and feedback opportunities; partnering with the Talent Specialist Team

Create and own all Learning & Development Materials held within our functional SharePoint system

In addition to this you will have the chance to work with some of the worlds leading aerospace businesses, develop and have the opportunity to travel.

On competition of your apprenticeship, your career path could see you move into a Learning & Development Specialist role with progression into a Learning & Development Manager role and ultimately a Talent Director.

Here You Will Have Access To

Subject to your qualifications and business needs, you will be enrolled onto the Learning and Development Practitioner Level 3 Apprenticeshipremote learning programme.

Online modules including a range of resources to help you self-study

Assignments to assess your knowledge and enable you to gain your CIPD qualification

To attend courses, keep records and undertake any tests determined by the company in order to measure & achieve your training objectives and quality gates.

To successfully complete all activities documented in the Apprenticeship Training Agreement.

To behave in a responsible manner and in accordance with the requirements of Health & Safety legislation relating to the individuals responsibilities.

To become an ambassador of the Companys name and image.

Level 2 English and Mathematics GCSE
