We are seeking a Clinical Director to provide clinical supervision, direction and assistance to all of our mental health staff. Must be licensed as LPC,LAC, LCSW, CAS) The Clinical Director is responsible for ensuring professional, effective treatment of all clients and is also in charge of delegating, planning and supervising the work of the entire team of clinicians. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to helping individuals with mental health problems and possess a passion for their profession.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review the facility’s clinical services and patient care practices.
- Be responsible for the integrity of the facility’s treatment services.
- Oversee policy formulation and implementation for the nursing staff and patient care services; Ensure that all clinical staff meet the performance standards outlined in their job descriptions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $74,628.00 – $83,478.00 per year
