We are currently seeking a FT Receptionist to join our administration team.
Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Managing our switchboard;
Processing incoming and outgoing mail, as well as deliveries;
Assisting with general cleaning duties as needed in the office;
Providing administrative support to our legal staff and the Management team as needed;
Greeting clients, lawyers, support staff;
Stocking of supplies in kitchen, reception, and copy area;
Scheduling and setting up boardroom meetings ;
Arranging catering for client meetings and firm functions ;
Maintaining and updating various records;
Communicating maintenance issues to building management.
What we’re looking for:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional service environment;
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities;
Positive “can-do” attitude – willing to go the extra mile;
Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork and client/customer service focus;
Excellent communication and organizational skills;
Ability to work independently using initiative and judgement;
Someone who likes to laugh.
