KIZEN Technologies, Inc Hiring for Learning Content Developer Job at Austin, TX Full Time

We are looking for a Learning Content Developer to join our rapidly growing team. This person will support the design and development of training and certification programs at Kizen. This includes working closely with the Director of Certification to ensure the learning solutions are tied closely to Kizen’s specific business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities.

• Design, develop and deliver course content, web-based, instructor, and participant materials, including certification brochures

• Proficient in developing both web-based and Instructor-led training using a variety of software tools

• Utilize needs analysis to identify learning objectives and create engaging content to meet those objectives

• Build content into online learning modules using course authoring tools. (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Storyline 360 and Rise or similar

• Develop learning materials using Canvas, Adobe Suite or Microsoft Office

• Proven experience designing audio and video scripts, scenarios, case studies, learning activities, online course content, web applications, infographics, learning assessments and user guides using sound instructional design theory

• Create ongoing training opportunities in a variety of areas, including Kizen’s product updates, internal processes, sales enablement, partner training and more

• Proactively and productively team up with subject matter experts, team managers, and other Socio employees to determine knowledge and skill gaps

• Evaluate the results of training activities using appropriate measurement and evaluation tools

• Conduct job role analysis, job task analysis, course content analyses, learner analysis, and gap analysis

Required Qualifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or related field

• 5-10 years learning design experience using, preferably in a SaaS and/or customer success environment

• Exceptional collaboration, organizational, time management, and communication skills

• Familiarity with learning and/or design software tools (Photoshop, Articulate Storyline, Final Cut Pro, Captivate, Camtasia, etc…) in order to translate content needs into realistic training modules

• Demonstrated ability to create technical training

• Driven and self-motivated with a track record of finding and solving problems

Preferred Qualifications.

• Experience in developing profitable training programs

• Prior experience with IT certification programs a plus

• Experience developing certifications
