Kivuto Solutions Hiring for Technical Support/Implementation Specialist at Ottawa, ON Full Time

The Implementation specialists’ job is to customize the software according to our clients’ needs and specifications, teach clients how to use the software, and deploy customized software systems once approved. The Implementation Team ensures that purchased software systems meet our clients’ technical needs. This is a customer facing role and you need to have a strong technical background as well. You will be working in a fun, challenging, and collaborative environment and have the opportunity to gain experience and grow in your career. At Kivuto, we offer a flexible working arrangement, with this role having the option of remote work.

Duties and responsibilities:
Meeting with clients following the sale of software packages to collect data and other information required to customize software systems.

Creating a project plan for each client, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely deployment of customized software systems.

Communicating with clients throughout the software customization process to obtain feedback and approval.

Customizing software systems based on clients’ individual needs and specifications.

Educating clients on how to use purchased software systems and customized system features.

Working closely with other teams in the company and ensuring that the project team is aware of key deliverables and project milestones.

Providing cost and time estimates to clients who require additional customizations to be done.

Other duties as necessary.

Requirements:
Sound technical knowledge;

Experience with setup of cloud services (e.g. Adobe CC Console, O365, Azure, etc.);

Proven experience working as an Implementation Specialist;

Exceptional communication and customer service skills;

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications;

The ability to multitask effectively;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

Excellent organizational and time management skills; and

May require travel.
