Job Description:

• Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction and contract fulfillment
• Acts as the main interface between the customer and Kitron
• Sales and operational planning:
• sales and budget forecasting,
• long-term planning,
• analyze market data to provide management support to improve decisions.
• Sales growth and profitability:
• ensures market development according to plans,
• ensures optimization of product portfolio,
• ensures timely updates due to changes in market.
• Customer service and satisfaction:
• agrees to targets with customer and defines targets to team,
• ensures performance metrics are met on main targets,
• lead team to ensure targets are met,
• ensures high customer satisfaction,
• present results to customer team and management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to travel as needed
• Ability to fulfill job requirements remotely
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel (and other Microsoft products)
• Ability to learn industry/company specific systems
