Kirklees Council Hiring for School Finance Manager Job at Dewsbury, England Full Time

We are looking to appoint an experienced finance professional. Someone who may be looking for that next step on the ladder into management or who already has experience of financial management in school.

The Finance Manager is responsible for all matters in relation to finances in school including the management of the school estate. The role requires an individual with experience of accounting procedures, budget monitoring, estate management and effective IT skills. You will carry out a range of complex or sensitive/confidential financial monitoring and accounting duties which will include the direct management of staff.

In this individual, we are seeking someone who has a good understanding of the context of our school and a strong desire to work with our students; someone who will work hard and go ‘the extra mile’, because our students deserve this.
