Kalos Medical Spa at Kirby Plastic Surgery located at the Shops at Clearfork is looking for the newest member of the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the aesthetic industry and be skilled in multiple facets of marketing. You will be instrumental in portraying the practice’s personality online. Retail sales & marketing experience is a plus. All replies will be held strictly confidential.

The successful candidate will be able to quickly establish rapport with others and perform the following:

• Develop social media strategy, create content, edit and post regularly for Kalos Medical Spa & Kirby Plastic Surgery sites
• Monitor, collect, and organize before/after photos
• Create, distribute, and monitor email campaigns
• Implement new patient welcome process
• Create and manage process for lead nurturing
• Create in-office print and video marketing when needed
• Monitor patient satisfaction
• monthly metrics
• Evaluate new marketing plans & pitches offered by manufacturer reps
• Create and monitor referral program
• Foster B2B relationships within the Shops at Clearfork and within the community
• Work with physician and medical professionals to ensure brand promise and messaging is consistent with results and experience
• Keep abreast of local and national industry trends and marketing tactics specific to procedure & demographics
• Develop outreach for patients with expiring points and those who have not returned
• Assist with the pursuit of marketable accolades (local and national)

Qualifications

• 3-5 Years of experience and proven track record in similar roles
• Bachelors degree
• Superb oral and written communication
• Intimate familiarity with all social media platforms and evolving algorithms
• Proficiency in advanced photo & video editing with popular platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
