KINZE MANUFACTURING Hiring for Sr Marketing Digital & Graphic Designer at Williamsburg, IA Full Time

As our digital & graphic Designer, you will develop, implement, and revise digital & graphic materials for a variety of communication modes, channels, messages, audiences, and media to support the team with the execution of deliverables, templates and imagery.

• Participate in team design discussions and give feedback during planning and strategy meetings.
• Layout documents in InDesign using a specific template and style.
• Perform photo editing and light retouching in Photoshop.
• Quickly translate ideas into sketches, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Test assets and optimize, based on their performance.
• Design, layout and build website pages.
• Perform website trouble shooting and maintenance
• Create digital assets for a range of platforms including social and website.
• Create design concepts for new marketing deliverables.
• Design and develop email concepts and webpages using WordPress.
• Create and execute concepts for digital advertising.
• Design banners and layouts for web landing pages.
• Work closely with design team to ensure brand consistency and direction throughout.
• Take ownership and responsibility of seeing projects through to completion.
• Work at times under little supervision, strong work ethic.
• Communicate regularly with team to meet deadlines and expectations.

Education:

• Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
• 5-7 years of applicable experience .

Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Have a strong understanding of the consistency aspect of Brand Marketing.
• Proven digital content and graphic design skills.
• Ability to take design direction and apply that direction to a variety of formats.
• Ability to work quickly and maintain accuracy.
• Ability to use the Adobe Suite proficiently, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Have a solid foundation of design education.
• Experience creating digital assets for a variety of target audiences.
• Experience with web (Wordpress) and social media platforms.
• Accepting of feedback and criticism on design work.
• Agriculture/Farm background is a plus.
