Kinsip House of Fine Spirits Hiring for Retail Store Associate at Bloomfield, ON Full Time

A fun, one of a kind spirits establishment is looking to add to our team – work in the County’s only distillery, Kinsip House of Fine Spirits!

Responsibilities:

• Follow all Covid-19 safety protocols for our retail space.
• Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries.
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases.
• Ensuring availability of merchandise (both spirits and other) and services by maintaining inventories.
• Securing merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
• Protecting employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Maintaining the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Participating in brand promotion.
• Maintaining all hygiene and product safety standards including operating professional glassware dishwasher.
• Maintaining valid SmartServe certification.
• Previous food handling experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Retail Store associate
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in English. French is an asset.
• Basic Math skills
• Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Hands-on experience with POS transactions
• Familiarity with inventory procedures
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus

Contract length: 4 months

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
