MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as a technical support specialist for Kinova products;
Perform the required software tests (regression, compilation, reproduction, debug) in order to solve the problems reported by the customer and complete the analysis to determine the defective modules or programming elements;
Perform analysis to report frequent problem cases to guide the engineering teams;
Act as a resource person and intermediary for the software and sales teams;
Develop custom software tools/solutions and embedded software for customers;
Participate in periodic follow-ups with customers;
Understand, document, create methodologies related to customer and application integrations.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (robotics, software, or computer science);
Minimum three years of experience in programming;
Programming skills (Ubuntu, ROS, C++, MATLAB, and Python);
Customer satisfaction oriented;
Ability to prioritize work;
Interest in new technologies;
Ability to work in a team;
Curiosity;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Bilingualism (French and English).
ASSETS
Experience in customer service (important);
Knowledge of the ISO13485 standard;
Experience in robotics.
