Kingswood Group are working with a large commercial business in Essex to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner on a 6 month fixed term contract basis.

The role will support end to end recruitment activity across the UK, from advertising through to offer stage and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities to include:

  • Managing end to end recruitment process from approval through to onboarding
  • Agreeing routes to market and advertising
  • Direct sourcing and proactive searching via various channels and social media
  • Screening candidates and providing interview support
  • Manage candidate feedback post interview
  • Support managers/candidates through to offer process
  • Create engaging social media content

Experience required:

  • Previous agency or inhouse recruitment experience, ideally within a manufacturing/engineering environment
  • Experience in managing high volume recruitment activity
  • Direct sourcing experience, using a variety of channels

The role offers hybrid working, 3 days on site, 2 days from home.
