Our client, a Fintech SME located in London, are looking to appoint a part-time interim Talent Acquisition Consultant to join them on a contract basis to manage their increased recruitment requirements. This role is 3 days a week, largely working remotely with the option of being in the City of London office on an ad-hoc basis.
Working with the HR team, the successful candidate will manage the end to end recruitment process for the business, working closely with hiring managers and specialist agencies to ensure best practice and a positive candidate experience.
