The role involves administering the full end to end recruitment process for multiple Trusts within SW London. Providing HR recruitment administrative support and co-ordination of its recruitment activities. It is essential that you are able to demonstrate the ability to provide a comprehensive, first class, customer-focused recruitment and selection service to all managers and new employees.

Ideally you will have worked in the NHS before and have experience of using NHS Jobs, TRAC (applicant tracking system) and ESR – please do mention this within your application if you have used any of these systems before.
You must have a minimum of two years’ experience working in a clerical or administrative role, preferably in the field of recruitment/HR. You must have excellent attention to detail, be IT literate and have a good working knowledge of how applicants progress through recruitment to onboarding. You should have strong administration and organisational skills and be able to manage and prioritise a varied and busy workload. Excellent customer-focused skills and team working are key to this role.
You must be able to work both independently and as part of a team and have a proactive and flexible approach to work. As we are a shared service you will be expected to provide support across any and all of our 4 Acute Trusts.
You will work alongside a supportive and highly experienced team and will be encouraged to develop and enhance your skills and knowledge in NHS Recruitment.
