Kingsford International Institute Hiring for IT Support Assistant Job at Sydney Full Time

Kingsford International Institute (KII) is an established RTO in Sydney with campuses located in heart of the CBD and Surry Hills. KII offers a wide range of VET courses and training programs to international students. KII has multiple modern campuses with a dynamic and fun team culture!

We are currently looking for a skilled person to help the Information Technology (IT) staff with the following responsibilities in a multi-site environment.

• Provide IT support services to students, trainers and staff as required.
• Record, maintain and escalade identified computer hardware, software issues or faulty equipment matters and notify supervisor.
• Assist in login sessions during new students’ orientation programs.
• Assist in executing backups and archiving processes of the Learning Management System (LMS) at regular intervals.
• Assist in application & OS deployment and firmware updates on workstations.
• Assist in IT and academic projects (interactive learning resources) as required.
• Assist with the documentation of IT inventory and operational procedures.
• Liaise with various internal personnel regarding IT issues and resolutions.

Skills and experience: You must meet the following selection criteria.

• Preferred: Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor or a related IT course.
• Preferred: Previous 1-2 years experience in IT and troubleshooting.
• Preferred: Knowledge on Active Directory, Azure Cloud, AWS, and VMware ESXi.
• A positive attitude and passion for the IT and education industry.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet and exceed KPI’s.
• Ability to multi-task and a strong attention to detail.
