This position is required to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client and business relationships while working on strategic business development and market mapping plans for new clients and future business.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities as a Business Development professional.
• Developing business development strategies to solve clients’ problems.
• Love your clients and continue to work with them to develop their businesses.
• Be able to consult with your clients to ensure we are recruiting quality jobs to find quality people.
• Working closely with the recruitment team to ensure every role is filled and find the BEST people for our clients.

Skills Required

• Successful track record in technology consulting, sales, or recruitment/staff augmentation
• Experience with strategic and consultative selling
• Proven track record with managing multiple roles.
• High proficiency in using LinkedIn, Seek, Seek talent and social media.
• Complete understanding of client’s objectives, and decision-making processes and ability to form long term partnerships to leverage revenue.
• Experience in presenting to clients on business capability; specifically, technology related solutions and capability.
