Community and Customer Service Advisor

We are a dynamic, growing, non-profit organization that provides accessible pre-booked transportation services to all residents in our communities. Our organization promotes a friendly team environment, servicing the community in a timely and confidential manner.

Kings Point to Point has an opportunity for a new position to assist in navigating changes due to increasing demands for services from regular, new and future requests for service.
The position is initially for a one-year term with renewal depending on funding.

Community and Customer Service Advisor contributes to the development of customer and community experience, underpinning all touchpoints affecting the customer journey, with the purpose of promoting KPPT services, improving experience and promoting consistent practices. This includes hands on tasks as well as planning and reporting.

What will I be doing?

• Supports all aspects of customer experience including riders, drivers, administration and vehicles
• Collaborates with staff to gather data, develop strategies to increase efficiencies and processes
• Assists with uncovering customer needs and expectations, behaviors and attitudes by identifying, gathering and analyzing relevant customer experience data sources to produce actionable insights that focus on resource use, reputation management and community relations
• Translates insights & recommendations into presentations, briefing notes, reports
• Amalgamates and interprets different types of research (market, analytics, best practice, industry etc.) to inform strategic recommendations aligned with driving

KPIs.

• Identifies gaps and risks, and recommends strategies

Qualifications/Experience:

• Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualifications and experience will be considered
• One to two years of experience in a sales or scheduling
• Proficient and experienced with relevant software applications including database systems
• Proficient administrative skills including typing, data entry, file management and general office administration
• Knowledge of budgets and basic accounting an asset
• Fund Development experience an asset

Security & safety:

• Clean Driver’s Abstract
• First Aid/CPR or be willing to obtain
• Criminal Record Check
• Child Abuse Registry Check
• Restricted class 4 or willingness to obtain

Terms of Employment:

• 37.5 hours per week, some evening work may be required
• Office Hours: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm with flexibility
• 2 weeks of vacation and sick days, 12 holidays
• Wages based on qualifications and experience
