We have an epic opportunity to join the Global Sales and Marketing team as E-Commerce Specialist.

This is a newly created permanent role (Monday to Friday) based in our head office in Wyong – (Soon to Be Tuggerah) NSW.

As E-Commerce Specialist, you will drive online sales, optimise user experience and implement effective digital marketing strategies. You will enhance product visibility and possess a deep understanding of e-commerce best practices.

Responsibilities include:

• E-commerce Management: oversee the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms. Ensure accurate product listings, pricing and inventory management. Implement strategies to maximise online sales and conversion rates.
• Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales. Utilise SEO, SEM and social media channels to increase brand visibility. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotions.
• Data Analysis: track key performance metrics. Analyse customer behaviour and sales data to identify trends and opportunities. Make data-driven recommendations for improvements and optimisations.
• Collaboration: work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, customer service. Collaborate with vendors and partners to optimise product listings and promotions. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

We are looking for someone who has:

A creative, collaborative, innovative mindset, with attention to data insights.

• 3+ years’ experience in marketing and/or Ecommerce Tech.
• A passion for all things e-commerce, sales strategies, and results.
• Confident and positive communicator with storytelling abilities.
• The desire to work independently, add value and drive successful results.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects to positive results within agreed deadlines.

‍Responsibilities:

• E-commerce website optimisation and management (Shopify)
• Email database management and subscriber growth (Klaviyo)
• Email marketing to dual audiences, continuously optimising email flows.
• Analytics and ing for Google Ads, MetaBusiness Suites.
• Weekly sales tracking and ing against monthly sales targets.
• Manage the marketing forward calendar.
• Create and execute campaigns for retail sales periods.
• Drive the creation of brand assets with in-house Graphic Designer.
• Management of Social media content creation + management: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok
• Manage digital ad spend.
• Proven success in an SME e-commerce environment
• Omni Channel E-commerce marketing skills, specifically website UX and conversion optimisation.
• Copywriting, and strategy for campaign + EDM Flows.
• Social media sales optimisation.
• Strategy for Tik-Tok + UGC.
• Influencer marketing.
• Sales campaign planning and execution: Black Friday, Retail buying calendar.
• Grow the brand
