Full job description
We are looking to appoint a highly organised, efficient, and knowledgeable Medical Recruitment Officer who will embrace the challenge of working in a multi-site organisation with a fast-paced working environment.
The post holder will be based at the Denmark Hill and occasionally at the Princess Royal University Hospital site.
You will have experience of working in either a Recruitment or HR environment and experience in ESR, TRAC, and NHS Jobs.
You will be able to demonstrate your excellent customer service skills, knowledge of NHS terms and conditions of employment and possess strong communication skills to enable effective communicate with managers at all levels of the organisation.
The main focus of the role is to provide support for all client side HR Medical Administrative tasks in partnership with the Shared Service Provider and to support the Medical Recruitment Manager in arranging and facilitating AAC panels, Consultant Recruitment as well as supporting with the trainee doctors rotations.
