Overview:
The Human Resources Representative supports the essential services provided by the Human Resources Department to create an environment that fosters competency, self-development and continued learning to support KHI’s mission and vision.

This position will primarily support the Talent Acquisition Team / Recruiters.

Responsibilities:
Supports new hires through the onboarding process ensuring all regulatory requirements are met and a positive experience for the new hire.

Processes Relocation Reimbursements and Retention and Referral Bonuses.

Responsible for providing monthly recruitment metrics.

Serves as a backup for the HR Representatives from the other functional areas.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or higher education degree required.

Experience: General office experience required.

Skills:
Excellent customer service skills

Efficient typing skills, skill in accurate data entry; familiarity with word processing software, spreadsheet software, and database applications

Ability to remain calm and courteous during telephone or face-to-face contact with angry or frustrated clients

Ability to take direction and open to constructive feedback

Ability to organize and prioritize work assignments with keen attention to detail

Ability to work independently

Ability to communicate well with others

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all circumstances

Ability to work within established deadlines and in pressure situations

Ability to evaluate processes, identify improvement opportunities, and to articulate recommendations
