The Company

A leading diversified Property group renowned throughout the property industry for creating outstanding places and setting the benchmark in innovation. As the organisation continues to grow, there is a need for an experienced Digital Marketer to join their team and work cross-functionally across the business to deliver engaging and high performing digital campaigns across multiple channels.

The Role

As part of a growing in-house Marketing team, your role will be integral to the company brand and initially focused on brand development, social media strategy and management across Instagram, LinkedIn, websites and any emerging platforms, relationship management including partnership, influencer and sponsorship, digital advertising management & SEO, all associated data analysis and analytics ing, external agency management including brand and creative agencies, managing digital marketing budgets etc. You will drive creative and unique content production and development, and ensure the brand is marketed in a way which upholds the brand values and high integrity.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

This role is best suited to someone from Agency looking to move in-house/client side, or someone with circa 5 years Marketing experience with a premium, highly creative, design-led product or service.

Additionally we are looking for:

• A tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related discipline
• Strong experience with digital marketing tools, experience in website content development, SEO, paid social ads, knowledge of the latest and emerging digital marketing technologies
• Experience in managing multiple social media platforms including Instagram & LinkedIn
• Demonstrated experience in developing engaging content, strong copywriting skills, a storyteller
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the Property Development industry or aligned industries such as Architecture, Design, Hospitality/Hotels etc. is highly regarded, otherwise experience with a premium luxury online or e-commerce brand
• Strong technical skills: Advanced knowledge of the full Adobe Creative Suite, strong graphic design skills
