Kingdom Recruitment have expanded rapidly over the past 12 months and due to growth and movement within the business, we now have a new opportunity for a Recruitment Team Manager to join our busy recruitment team.

Supporting the Head of Resourcing, you will manage, lead, and develop our team of Resourcers who recruit across a variety of sectors for internal and external clients. As first point of call for stakeholders, this role would suit a natural influencer who enjoys building and developing lasting relationships.

This is an exciting time to join the business as we are centralising our recruitment function. It’s an autonomous role where you will be able to use your ideas and experience to influence change across the business.

Where: Head Office – Newton-le-Willows, WA12 area – We are also open to hybrid working

Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (flexible working available)

Salary: Up to £27k per annum

About the role:

• Work closely with the Head of Resourcing to design and deliver recruitment strategies and support key project areas critical to the business
• Lead, develop and coach the team to ensure they maximise their individual and team performance
• Recruiting and supporting the management of the recruitment process from initial advert through to on boarding stage
• Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
• Review processes and procedures, implementing improvements wherever possible
• Analysing success of job platforms to make decisions on providers
• Liaising with internal and external clients on hires, final hiring decisions and the recruitment process in general
• Ensure that candidates and stakeholders receive a first-class experience throughout the recruitment process
• Developing meaningful relationships with Hiring Managers and communicating regular updates regarding their active positions and market updates
• Support the team in managing talent pools, ensuring a consistent level of engaged candidates are always in the pipeline

About you:

• A minimum of 2 years Recruitment experience (all sectors considered!)
• Extensive knowledge of the recruitment cycle
• Experience of managing, coaching, and training a team
• Have a proven flair for spotting talent and matching the right people with the right roles
• Should enjoy building lasting relationships with colleagues, candidates, and clients
• Be self-motivated and inventive in finding solutions in a candidate shortage market
• Have great team-work skills – we all support each other!
