The Role​

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this global role is responsible for providing effective and efficient support to the Human Resources team (HR), managers and employees. The role supports the team’s goal of optimal service delivery through the provision of accurate, efficient and effective support. Working closely with the HR team, the role will see you involved in many tasks in a fast-paced environment. ​

You will: ​

• be responsible for the end-to-end employment lifecycle maintenance through recruitment administration, reference checking, preparation of contracts and new starter packs, onboarding, coordination of training and coordination of the exit and offboarding process​
• be the first point of contact for all HR related enquiries to the HR inbox, responding to first level queries both online and face to face and escalating where necessary​
• be the HR Systems expert administering and maintaining Employment Hero, partnering with L&D on the GO1 platform, MS Office (including SharePoint, Visio) and various job boards ensuring consistency and accuracy across all systems​
• maintain the organisational charts monthly​
• assist with Learning and Development initiatives across the business​
• administration of Workers Compensation claims​
• ad hoc administration and HR filing ​
• build strong relationships with key stakeholders and employees across the business​
• partner with the HR team on any new projects or initiatives when required​

About You ​

• you will ideally have previous experience in a similar role with tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline​
• previous retail or hospitality industry experience will be highly regarded ​
• the ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously dealing with stakeholders of all levels​
• You will be highly confidential and a clear communicator with demonstrated strong organisational skills.​
• experience in working in a fast paced, multiple site organisation​
• bright and bubbly attitude with a willingness to learn​
• be an active member of the HR team​
• great attention to detail and time management skills​
• intermediate to advanced MS Office skills​
