Our Finance team are now on the lookout for an Assistant Accountant to join the team.

The role of the Assistant Accountant is to provide administrative support for all financial accounting work involving the compilation, consolidation and analysis of financial data, as directed by the Group Finance Manager. The role also supports ledger and preparation of journal entries, fixed asset accounting, preparation of monthly accounts, cost accounting and bank reconciliations. The role also assists in preparing and lodging statutory returns and all payroll related activities for King Living.

Skills and attributes required:

• Degree qualified, with 2+ years’ experience.
• Solid reconciliation experience (high volume)
• Excel, intermediate-advanced
• Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail
• Commitment to and ability to manage own deadlines as well as working toward team deadlines
• An eagerness for process improvement
• Team player with initiative and the ability to work both as part of a team autonomously
