SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

We are searching for a Senior Financial Analyst — someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will provide analysis of financial and business performance, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting of business operations, performance KPIs, headcount, and the financial infrastructure of cost centers. Supports the budgetary planning and forecasting process and provides financial support to key stakeholders. Interacts with key stakeholders by successfully demonstrating the ability to collaborate across functions.

Demonstrate strong attention to detail and analytical skills as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Reporting

· Participate in corporate planning, budgeting, forecasting, and annual and long-range planning in support of key operating segment(s), sales channel(s), and/or functional area(s).

· Provides accurate, timely, and actionable financial reporting and key business metrics to business and operating teams gains key insights into trends with meaningful and actionable analyses.

· Contribute to monthly accounting close & reporting process

· Support Finance’s standing goal to continuously improve the quality, efficiency, and value of financial information produced, via financial tools, operational efficiencies, and automation.

Performance Management

· Gathers data to contribute to building financial performance metrics including utilization of resources, efficiency metrics, dashboards, and/or profitability reporting.

· Build thoughtful analyses to drive better investment decisions and optimal resource allocation.

· Assists in managing the budget for the respective area(s) by identifying opportunities to achieve cost savings. Assists in evaluating and determining the best use of budgeted financial resources.

· Provide input and analytical support for business/investment/synergy cases, pricing scenarios, and/or billing.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Collaborate and communicate on a timely basis with other functional areas within the CFO organization (e.g., BFS, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and/or Corporate FP&A) regarding monthly or quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and other financial trends and developments

Skills & Requirements

· Minimum of 4 years related professional experience in finance or a related field

· Demonstrated competency in financial and statistical reporting, design, and preparation of financial models required

· Experienced with ERP and ERM systems (e.g., Hyperion, Oracle Financials, OneStream), advanced excel.

· BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent. Additional experience in lieu of a degree may be considered

· Publicly traded, high-growth technology companies preferred

Skills/ Qualifications / Attributes

· Demonstrated knowledge of forecasting and financial statement analysis.

· Self-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to communicate with the team and top management is essential as well as good presentation skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

· Demonstrated success working in a deadline-driven and multi-tasking environment.

· Consistently exceed expectations and take on more responsibility Reporting Relationship

· Typically reports to a manager or Director

WOULD PREFER SOMEONE WHO COULD WORK ON SITE IN LINDON, UT FOR THE FIRST FEW WEEKS OF TRAINING BUT OPEN TO REMOTE FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE
