Kinetic Construction Ltd. has an opportunity within our Victoria Branch for a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for the company. In this role, you will maintain a professional presentation and provide excellent client service experience. You will welcome and greet guests with a friendly demeanor and support team members with a helpful attitude. You will support the branch through effective administration as well as assisting various departments to add value to the overall business.

• 0-3 years experience in an administrative position
• Post secondary considered an asset
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• General Construction knowledge is considered an asset
• Prior office experience considered an asset.
• Strong communicator, relationship builder and business leader
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-management skills to plan, organize and prioritize tasks with conflicting deadlines.
• Ability to act with discretion when handling confidential and privileged information.
• Ability to effectively handle difficult calls and situations and remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to create, edit, proofread, and format documents/presentations.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
• Detail oriented, process driven, and efficiency seeker skills are all highly beneficial
