An exciting and rare opportunity has become available at Kindikids, we are currently seeking an HR Manager. The role is based between our Edensor Park, Ryde and Five Dock locations.

Successful applicants will have:

• A genuinely empathetic and enthusiastic approach to working in the childcare sector 
• Relevant qualifications or 2 years+ experience in HR and compliance
• Working knowledge of Fair Work Regulations, National Employment Standards and relevant industry Award Instruments
• Leadership, influencing, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication and relationship skills
• A demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning
• A Current WWCC

About the role:

• Subject Matter Expert for the business across HR and Compliance
• Lead and guide the management team to develop staff, succession plan, operate compliantly and manage workplace performance of their direct s
• Create and maintain a safe and healthy work environment (WHS) that fosters engagement and overall wellbeing
• Design and deliver training programs that assist employees to develop the skills they need to be successful in their roles
• Develop annual HR and compliance strategies, and execute initiatives with on-ground support from the services
• Manage auditing activity and accordingly, including management of risk and policy registers
• End-to-end recruitment
• Ensure effective and efficient onboarding, induction and offboarding
• End-to-end management of the staff benefits program
• Review and approval of fortnightly payroll
• Supported by General Manager, Operations team, Educational Leaders, Centre Managers, Marketing Manager and Maintenance team.
