At Kinderbook you will nurture each child while ensuring their individual needs are met. You will be responsible for following their daily schedules along with providing a safe and loving environment. Each classroom creates a fun thematic curriculum. We provide children with a warm caring environment to make every day happy and productive.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ASSISTANT DIRECTOR/ LEAD TEACHER

· Collaborate and work as a team player.

· Evaluate children’s performance to make sure they are on the right learning track.

· Maintain a safe and healthy environment.

· Maintain daily communication with parents.

· Maintain confidentiality.

· Meet all applicable licensing regulations.

Assist the director with monthly staff observations.

Assist with monthly curriculum planning.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour
