Position Description :
The Engineering Manager – Power Engineering position is responsible for a newly formed team within the Operational Support Group.
The primary responsibility of the team will be to provide technical input on a wide variety of projects across the KM assets where scope includes new grid connections, substation modifications and / or medium / high voltage electric drivers and switchgear.
Additionally, this team will be responsible for leading or supporting arc flash studies and study renewals in all Business Units.
The Manager will work with internal departments including Project Management, Operations, Business Development, EHS, Gas Supply, etc.
to identify system priorities and appropriate required support for that Natural Gas Business Unit.
The Manager is responsible for developing and managing a G&A expense budget for their team and must effectively develop, track and forecast expenses.
This position s to the Director of Engineering Design and Drafting, who s to the Vice President of Project Management and Engineering.
Additional specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :

Position Requirements
Education : Engineering Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school required.
Experience / specific knowledge :

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
