About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our high-performing internal recruitment team. In this role you will manage open job vacancies end to end across the country and providing a great experience for our candidates and hiring managers. You’ll need to be able to follow process, have urgency, be proactive and always look for ways to improve.
You will be mentored by a senior recruiter to “head-hunt” the best people available to join KinCare and successfully on-board new people into the business. We have a fully automated recruitment system to support your focus on sourcing the best talent for open vacancies in Allied Health, Nursing and office recruitment. Strong admin skills are required to stay organised, meet compliance and successfully manage candidates through our recruitment process.

You will be provided full training on the entire recruitment function and can offer work from home 3 days a week, the other 2 days you’ll be based in Bella Vista.

You will be disciplined with following process, easily adaptable and can crack on in situations where you don’t have all the answers.
